First of all, we're so happy you are here!
We know finding a new stylist can be overwhelming, we get that, so we have taken away the usual stress and confusion when requesting your first visit with us! For your first visit, we only offer three service options. This allows you to get to know us and it also allows us to get to know you and your hair before we proceed with any colouring, extensions, or chemical treatments.

Just the basic haircut

- Includes a 1-on-1 consultation with your stylist to discuss your desired look and the overall condition of your hair followed by a relaxing shampoo and customized treatment(if necessary), and a blowout.

Haircut Plus

This option is for you if you have longer and/or thicker hair OR are making a huge transformation from long to short. This appointment allows extra time with your stylist to go over styling tips for your new look and for extra dry time necessary for longer and/or thicker hair

Complimentary Colour Consultation

A 1 on 1 consultation where we'll discuss your colour goals and make sure the appropriate timing is booked for your first colour experience with us. Every client is on their own colour journey so we are completely upfront about what is achievable and if what you are wanting is not, how long it may take.

I've sent my appointment request, what happens next?
We'll review your request and reach out via email to set up a time for your consultation or first haircut with us.

Once your appointment is confirmed you will receive an email with our digital welcome packet. It will have all the details on what to expect at your fist visit, where we are located, and the most commonly asked questions.
