Salon Policies

Salon Policies may not be the fun stuff, but they are important to maintain our business flow. These policies are listed on our digital appointment request form for acknowledgement, as well.

Hair Aftercare

PRICING

Salon Edjii strives to offer affordable luxury coloring services, but most clients don't know what the cost it takes to achieve the end result. For this reason our service menu shows our services listed as session based pricing versus  "a la carte" because some services require multiple steps, such as toning, which can't be skipped to achieve the finished colour.  All published prices are starting points for services.  Prices may vary due to certain factors, such as: the hair's length, density, and condition; the complexity of the service; and/or the amount of product being used.

Appointment reminders

Our salon software sends both email and text appointment reminders one week and another  2 - 3 days prior to your appointment to allow ample time to confirm or reschedule appointments.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are late, we may have to forgo part of your service or reschedule altogether. Please be advised, if your appointment is rescheduled it is considered a same day cancellation and a cancellation fee will need to be a paid prior to rebooking.

CANCELLATIONS AND APPOINTMENT CHANGES

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of our clients we are require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. We truly understand life happens and we appreciate everyone's ability to communicate in a timely manner so that we can accommodate other clients that are on our stylists' waitlist.

We will always use discretion when enforcing our policies especially given the current illness going around. We will kindly remind you of our policy one time for your first late arrival or last minute cancellation before cancellation fees are incurred.

  • Less than 48 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment adjustments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the services scheduled to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled

  • Same Day Cancellations/No Call No Show/Same Day Appointment Adjustments are subject to 100% of the services scheduled to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

  • The 2nd occurrence of any cancellation or no show a full deposit will be required to reserve all future appointments with any of our stylists

Late/Cancellations

RE-DO'S + REFUNDS

We strive to offer our  guests the highest level of client satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact within 7 days of your original service date so we can make adjustments. We do not offer refunds for any hair services rendered.

  • The adjustment does not cover changes in the style or color from the original consultation or additional lightening services where "session lightening" is required and  will be charged accordingly.

  • We also recommend and encourage clients to purchase our salon's recommended colour safe or colour enhancing products to ensure your hair's integrity and colour longevity. For this reason, we cannot assume responsibility for "recolouring" hair that may have been compromised by other products.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Not in love with your product? We will gladly offer a product credit within 14 days for gently used products. We cannot accept products that are more than half used unless the packaging is defective in which case an even product exchange will be made.
