Aileen's passion for art, fashion, and people drew her to the hair industry. She is passionate about creating a customized look for each guest that complements their style and how they want to be seen. She has been in the industry for 20 years, 8 of which were as a makeup artist and 12 years behind the chair doing hair.
Along with her passion for fashion and people, Aileen is devoted to leveling up her creative skills through education. She loves learning new techniques as the trends and styles change in the hair industry. She has studied and worked with Aveda, Davines, and Pravana before being introduced to R + Colour. Her education goals are to learn hair extensions and to attend a Sassoon Cutting Class.

When Aileen is not working behind the chair or strengthening her skills through education you will find her learning new vegetarian recipes, thrifting for her Depop shop "Handmedown Queen", at home relaxing and listening to vinyl, hanging with her bunnies Joey and Oyster, and going to concerts with her husband.
